Gender Split: Job Roles

Significant gender disparities persist across job roles. Men dominate Chief Executive Officer (85%) and Managing Director (83%) positions, highlighting a lack of women in top leadership. Associate roles show a relatively higher female representation (41%). All other roles have low female representation. Targeted initiatives are needed to address this imbalance, especially those that accelerate the development of female leaders.

Gender Split: Skills

Across most of the key skill sets, there's still a disparity. Women have approximately 25% of the skills in the investment area. A concerted effort is required to promote the advancement of women within the financial sector and address the disparity. Initiatives such as mentorship, sponsorship, and training programs should be introduced.
